Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. My husband and I went for the dinner buffet tonight. The selection isn't huge but the quality was great. The only thing we steered clear of were the cooked veggies which looked like frozen. Salad bar was great (can't beat their potato salad!) and the hot food was home cooked and very tasty. At $18.99 a person we thought it very good value especially as the delicious desserts were included. We left very full and happy and we will return!
