Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time. I am very impressed with the personal service and dedication of this new privately owned business in Kingston. They go out of their way to service you and to answer your technical questions. They even have an in-house welder repair centre which is long over due in this area.
The other thing I noticed when I walked through the door was that they actually carried lots of stock, what a concept in this day and age. I found a good variety of products and main brands to choose from and their new "Free" mig gun deal was unreal!
I will reccommond this business to everyone I know!
