Fast; friendly; affordable. We had an issue with our old chimney that was a likely safety risk (possible C02 exposure). Ace came the same day we called to give an estimate. Ken gave us a very competitive price quote on the spot and said he could fit us into his busy schedule within the next week, which was great. He texted me shortly after and said he re-scheduled one of his other jobs so that he could prioritize our job. He installed the chimney the very next business day! Thank you!
