Primal Cuts is a Peterborough Butcher Shop built around a passion for delicious and ethical food. The shop is a collaboration between a Butcher, George Madill, and our Chef, Luke Gaston, who together strive to provide the best products available.
Whether you are looking for a striking Rib-Roast, a Strip Loin for the BBQ, a quick and easy prepared dinner, Hand-Made Sausages, Salads, or Pantry items, we have something to enhance your every meal.
We believe in the lost art of 'nose to tail' butchery where no part of the animal should be wasted. We are an old-world butcher shop, the distant long forgotten traditional place where you trusted the guy behind the counter because you knew him and he remembered you.
We also believe in sourcing locally, working closely with our farmers, treating our animals humanely and removing chemicals, antibiotics and hormones from the food chain.
We believe in meat that’s good and good for you.
