After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled. When a small corroded piece of metal under our overflow cover broke during the service, they replaced it at no extra cost!

Dale and his crew came out to our place a few times in Warren to give a quote and answer all our questions about putting in a furnace, air conditioner and ductwork. Quick response on a saturday night, arrived in under45 minutes withing speaking with. The first company that would answer on a. Saturday evening without any charge, honest enough to let me know street was frozen and after the city of selkirk steamers get things defrosted he will come back for free again and do another router rooter free and all bills will be paid by city of selkirk. Very homest and friendly a plumber i hired previously to do work on my sink daid they woould be back to fix problem after i already paid him in full. Tried calling them back but they wont answer my calls. Not a very noble way to run a company but atleast sewer shark gave me a months warranty on drain clening and gave me a cdiscount for being an emergency responder! Good guy
