Just completed a rental after an accident with the Enterprise in Meadowvale and I must say that the service I was provided was amazing. Gabe treated with nothing but kindness, patience and respect. Not only will I be coming back for future rentals but I will most definitely refer friends and clients to this location. Kudos to Enterprise for hiring such an amazing individual and thanks to Gabe for making a horrible situation a positive one.

This the third time in a couple of months that Muskoka Rent-all has helped me out big time. One time on my Ariens snow blower, another time on my Honda Snowblower and now my Rapala 43 cc Blackice auger. Roy at Avis in Kingston Ontario provided some of the best customer service that I have experienced in ages. My travel reservation agent booked the wrong Kingston location and the wrong drop off location. When Roy realized this, he came and picked me up at the incorrect location, drove me back to my meetings, and then personally went and found a vehicle that would meet my needs, and dropped it to my work to make it easier for me to depart on time. I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.

These guys are all amazing!!!! My car broke down in the east end during my anniversary of all days. I called CAA and got it towed. Enterprise picked me up at my house in Etobicoke they were about to close and stayed open later just to help us out in our dire time of need. We got a rental, They gave us an amazing deal as always and we made it back downtown just in time for our dinner reservation :-)

The staff at this Enterprise location were very accommodating (especially the manager), they went out of their way to ensure I had a vehicle for my trip and also let me make necessary changes throughout the trip without any hassle.
If you are planning on renting a vehicle please take a look at their selection of vehicles as I had got a Toyota Camry that was in pristine condition and they let me return it close to my home as well which was located 50 KM away from them without charging me extra.
