Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. My furnace was off for a night called in the morning and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and they where able to come help me that morning .
