We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. My furnace went out in the coldest part of winter. These guys went above and beyond to get it repaired as quickly as possible, handling the warranty, and worked with me directly on the charges to make it as fair and pleasant experience as possible. The owner even came and did a site visit to discuss the project with me, which was unexpected and welcomed. Id give them 6 Stars if I could.
