Paul and Mark begin the process out in our fields. They have help from our new hired man, Mike and our Mexican amigos. Pat and Ron are also long-time helpers our in the berry patches and apple orchards.Inside the market Anne runs the show with lots of support from our bakers and fruit and veggie crew.Our stall at Cobourg Farmers Market is usually manned by Irra and other friendly staff.
