I preplanned my Mother's funeral and they were very helpful and showed many options. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive of anything. You are encouraged to choose what is suitable for you and your loved one.
The day of the funeral had a minor hitch due to the previous day being a holiday resulting in a slight delay in the arrival of the cards and sign in book. They were upfront about the delay and never tried to make an excuse, rather an apology was provided. .

Our chapel seats up to 100 guests, and there is also a lounge for private, intimate gatherings. Catering services are available for families that choose to host a reception. We can accommodate up to 200 reception guests at the funeral home. Walkley Chapel is wheelchair accessible and equipped with a state-of-the-art audiovisual system to ensure that every guest can participate in speeches and take comfort in photos.
