Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. This is a fantastic company. They are really reasonable and what is even better is that they are very thorough and do an excellent job. It doesn't matter how many vents you have and they will show you how clean your ducts are with their nifty camera. I have used them twice and they have always done and excellent job. I live out of town and they were willing to come out at no extra charge. I highly recommend them to clean your furnace, dryer vent and air conditioner.
