Vendredi on m'a annoncé que mon lit et matelas était non-disponible avant plusieurs semaines. Malgré la déception sur le coup, Cathy et Devan du magasin de Lasalle ont travaillé très fort avec moi (samedi et dimanche) afin de trouver une solution de remplacement qui ferait notre bonheur. Un nouveau lit et matelas (mieux que ceux choisi) m'ont été suggéré avec une infime différence de prix. Je suis impressionné par le haut degré de service à la clientèle reçu par Cathy et Devan. This review comes a little late. I purchased a mattress set in June from matelas Bonheur. My rep was a gentleman named Pierre. He was a consumate professional from start to finish. I congratulate this company for their old school values there is no shell game here.There show room does not contain 50 models just enough to represent most comfort groups. You will be treated properly by Pierre as he treats the location as if he owned it with pride and respect towards the clients.
