My wife and I recently hired Michel to install tiles in the entrance to our home. It was not an easy job to say the least, especially given how cold it’s been. When I called Michel, he answered immediately. day after we were given a quote and the day after that he started work. Michel was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. A real craftsman. I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. I had a very good experience with Obsession Automobile and the owner Stéphane. I test drove a BMW and then arranged to have it inspected by a specialty garage. Obsession staff were very helpful throughout and did not use pressure or intimidate in any way.
