My daughter is 3 years old and she has been attending this daycare for a little over a year now. We have been very happy with her care at Tender Years Child Care. Also, the centre has undergone some recent renovations. They have been revamping their rooms and their overall purpose as a learning centre, which is absolutely amazing to see all the new changes!

We have over 95% success rate for teaching children to learn to read using an Orton-Gillingham based simultaneous multi-sensory approach. Working memory, short-term memory, and visual/auditory memory are addressed with cognitive therapy. For students with attention issues we use both cognitive therapy, listening exercises to strengthen that skill, and executive functioning instruction for the organizational areas. Central Auditory Processing disorder is corrected using cognitive therapy as well as receptive language processing skills.
