The Self Realization Meditation Healing Centre is run by qualified teachers, healers and counselors, living and working together as a spiritual family, under the guidance of a self-realized master Mata Yogananda, who is based in the UK, People come to the centre from all walks of life, from Canada and overseas, for many different reasons, including meditation, healing, counseling, yoga and retreats. The centre offers a full and varied course program with retreats and B and B available all year round.
