I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! This restaurant has excellent sushi. The fish is so fresh and very high quality. The ratio of fish to rice is perfect. I've been eating there since it opened and their quality and great service have been consistent since day 1. Our "go to" meal for two is the medium Sushi Moriawase which is a 30 piece assortment of sushi and maki, a small salad and miso soup. I find the value for the money very good at $30 for two (+ tax and tip). I'm thankful they opened so close to home so I can get a good sushi fix whenever I need one!
