We create special herb jellies such as Raspberry Lavender and Garlic Rosemary. We also produce delicious jams, chutneys, mustards, vinegars and liqueurs. All are made using fresh herbs from our garden and fruit from the surrounding fertile Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia.
