Welcome to Acton Golf Club the Acton Golf Club is an attractive course neatly tucked away on the edge of the Niagara Escarpment. The course plays through mature stands of oak, birch, maple and pine trees and was expanded to 18 holes for the 1998 season. At less than 450 yards the 13th hole is a deceptively difficult par five that provides a terrific risk/rewards challenge. A creek crossing the fairway about 80 yards in front of the green on this dogleg left, offers long hitters an opportunity for birdie. Miss your approach shot, however, and you're looking at a bogey or worse.
North Halton's beautifully landscaped grounds incorporate the natural beauty of our tree lined fairways, wooded ravines and natural foliage all set in the majestic valley of Georgetown. Our experienced golf professionals are available to assist everyone with the development of their golf abilities. Individual lessons and group clinics are available, and our on-site winter golf school keeps golfers' skills sharp during the off-season. A strong Junior program also helps to develop the skills of our next generation of golfers.
