Last week, I dropped into their business while trying to buy/install a counter top for my mom's house on a rush basis as she is selling her home. We were able to find a stock counter top from their inventory, that suited very well. They measured and installed the counter top within the week. TR Design made a tired, old kitchen look like new - refaced cabinets, new doors and hardware, new countertop with new sink and taps. We were pleased with the installer Andy. Regardless, when I called him (after he had done all our cabinetry 20 years earlier) about some cabinetry issues (not his issues) he came over, spent an hour or more, resolved my problem, and ordered some other parts to help me.
