Roy is an outstanding, dedicated, professional individual who goes out of his way to help no matter what the job entails. My Dad is older and needed some mateniance work done on his property. Roy operates his machine with ease and finesse that has the results speak for itself. He disassembled three sheds and offered to make countless dump/scrap metal runs. Purchased a propane fridge at the best price in the province hands down - better than straight from manufacturer. Their knowledge of product is amazing. Not only is Rusco's product top of the line, their customer service is unparalleled. I've never worked with more professional trades people than Josh and Paul who installed our widows. The original construction grade widows were poorly installed, lines misaligned and trim depths completely inconsistent. Josh and Paul corrected all the original mistakes and were not happy until they had achieved perfection. Top marks for workmanship and customer service!!!
