As I was trying several different media a close friend continually encouraged me to give photography a try. So I sought out another friend who was a professional photographer for the best advice on how and where to begin. His advise was invaluable and six months later I started night school courses and I haven't looked back, taking courses at Vancouver Community College and finishing at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. Knowing that I wanted to do fine art I was drawn to black and white.
