Following in Bill's footsteps, his son Clyde, also went into the insurance business. Clyde started his insurance career in 1952 working in an insurance company in Toronto. In 1958, Clyde decided it was time to establish his own insurance brokerage in the Village of MaIton.Many years later Clyde was joined by two of his sons and his only daughter. Paul was the first to join the brokerage in 1983, followed by Joanne in 1996, with Patrick following along in 1997. W. Clyde Robertson Insurance Ltd. is a member of the I.B.A.O.
