Our furnace failed just hours before a family gathering on Dec 26. We called Kaulback Heating early the next morning. They quickly got back to us saying they would try to fit us in as soon as possible. Technicians showed up within two hours, diagnosed the fault as a failed blower motor. They obtained and installed a replacement motor bringing the furnace online within a few hours. The cost for this outstanding service was unbelievable reasonable. Will use again and refer them unconditionally.

Absolutely excellent service. My lift station pump stopped working, and the service was prompt. The technician brought a nice new pump to install, but found a wiring problem in my existing unit. He fixed the issue, got the old pump working and only billed me for the service call, rather than installing a new expensive pump. My bill was 20% of what he could have charged me. I will definitely call Davies next time.
