Very good because of Mr. Sasha from lawn mover departement (who with his hight professional client service) saved Canadian tire from complaint at Customer protection department. I took the mover with Honda engine Back to them only hours after the purchase for it wont start. Some woman at the counter Claudette or Claudine against all Canadian laws refused any return or change only referring to repair services while talking to my wife meanwhile Sasha helped find and fix the issue! Bravo Sasha!

Marc Danis est venu en aide à mes parents nonagénaires (90 +), le 31 décembre. Ils n’avaient plus de chauffage. Il est le seul a avoir répondu à l’appel sur plus d’une douzaine d’entrepreneurs. La moitié du panneau était fondu. Il a trouvé une solution temporaire pour que le chauffage et les appareils de base fonctionne, et est revenu changer le panneau 2 jours plus tard, sans que nous ayons à le rappeler. Et le tout, pour un prix TRÈS, TRÈS raisonnable. Merci M. Danis. Très professionnel.
