I want to thank Kimmie, our server for outstanding service! My sister and I were treating my ill Uncle and Aunt to a very special take-out lunch. She thought of everything and more to include, even the lobster bibs. The day was more than special and primarily it was due to her thoughtfullness! My wife and I have gone to Flippers for 25 years and we simply love it there.
We get really well treated. Mostly because we are regulars and are very nice to the staff and we tip extremely well (sometimes 30% of total bill) The meals are exceptional, the service is wonderful and we have often taken people with us, who have become clients of Flippers on their own. When we leave the restaurant we compare notes and my wife and I normally say how wonderful everything was. It is one of our faourites in Ottawa.
