Great builder! As a realtor I pay attention when the Wiens' homes are for sale in the resale market as I know there won't be to come up in the home inspection. It's difficult for builders to earn such a good reputation when they have to juggle the pricing changes in the market and still try to be fair to customers who would have backed out of a sale if the market went down yet don't want to pay slightly higher prices when the market goes up lol.

We had the good fortune to have our house built by Hendriks. From the beginning planning stages through to completion they have proven to care for their clients and their workmanship. They used top notch contractors, assured things were done properly, often going above and beyond to assure we were satisfied.
