Lively Realty Ltd. was established in 1984 by Linda Lively who, at the time, was operating as Lively Insurance Brokers Ltd. In 1986 Linda's husband, Harry, resigned as manager of the local Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce to join the company. It was in February 2000 when Allison IsBell, the daughter of Harry and Linda moved back to Nanton and obtained her Real Estate license and started working as a REALTOR and in 2002 took over as the Broker from Linda Lively. It was in February 2007 Allison’s husband Marvin IsBell, acquired his license to join the family business. Both Marvin and Allison grew up in Nanton and returned to raise their family. February 2016 Allison and Marvin IsBell took over Lively Realty Ltd. as owners from Harry and Linda Lively and are proud to continue on with this successful business.
