I cannot express strongly enough how terrific Cariboo Steel & Machine Ltd is. I am from the Okanagan and I required a broken weld repair on my trailer in a hurry. Not only did they analyze my situation, they repaired my trailer and I was able to safely continue to my fishing destination shortly thereafter. Clarke's is a handy little general store. Good selection of items you might need in a pinch at reasonable prices for the most part. I wouldn't do my full shopping there but if you're out of milk or sugar or bacon they'll hook you up. It also doubles as the liquor store and video store so you can get pretty much anything you need.
