The ladies were friendly, I arrived without an appointment and they fit me in that day! I have never been so happy about a dye and cut but it was exactly what I wanted. They listened to what I was looking for and didn't just cut my hair the way they thought it would look good. When my hair was finished it actually looked like the picture I had showed them.
