I called this company looking for 12 Go Switches/Topworx and i was quoted 20% lower than the closes competitor. I then purchased a Banner PLC and it was 25% cheaper than their closes competitor. They asked me if I purchase Allen Bradley PLC's and when i asked for a quoe it was 40% cheaper than what I can but it for locally with a 4 day delivery time. I did not believe it until I received the parts and i was amazed. I now use Intrepid for all my automation and electrical requirements - and as an MRO buyer I have more money left over to purchase additional items to fix the band-aids in my plant. Thanks Nick! I will purchase all my automation items such as pepperl + fuchs, Siemens, Schmersal, Balluff, ABB, AC Tech, Dynapar i just can't believe the pricing it's like they give away the stuff!

I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge.
