When a friend told me to get a Macbook I didn't know where to start. I knew nothing about them. I also knew I couldn't stand all the frustrations I was having with my PC. The hard drive on my MacBook Air was compromised over the weekend. Being very concerned for the loss of my files, Virginia was extremely helpful in easing my stress when deciding to do a recovery procedure for my MacBook Air. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and worked rapidly to solve this problem for me.
