My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. As well he is a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto, and lectures on a part-time basis. On numerous occasions, he has been asked to lecture at meetings for general dentists and other specialists.
