Our supplier has told us that we are their largest volume cheese purchaser for pizza restaurants in BC. That is quite a feat, considering we have only one store location. We believe the fresher the ingredients are, the better quality the product is. All of our produce is sliced and chopped everyday, in-store, to maintain freshness.
