I went to the store with an issue from a while ago and was thinking I'd get a credit for the alteration that was not done. They went above and beyond and gave me a full store credit ! On a side note the store has all new staff and they are a 10 out of 10 great management and friendly staff. Thanks very much!

The suit I needed wasn't available in my size the day I came in. Despite this, my customer consultant Harmanvir accurately sized me up using available clothes so I could place a timely order. There was trouble supplying the right size suit pants, but each step of the way Harmanvir kept me in the loop and arranged for the best possible outcome. In the end she got me exactly the right size, and was a delight to work with. It's rare to have someone work so proactively for my benefit.

I have recommended the store to all my plus size friends. I wish they would open a store In the north end of the city. You can see that it is clean and organized by size so it is easy to find what you are looking for.
