Laura Tedesco grew up in a family jewellery business: the historic Venetian Jewellers in Hamilton, Ontario. A third generation jeweller, Laura is certified in Diamond Grading as well as Jewellery Design. She studied jewellery design through the Gemological Institute of America in Florence, Italy. In 2010, she won first place in the national 'Excellence in Design' competition. Now, as an award winning jewellery designer she shares her passion for jewellery and helps clients custom design their own unique jewellery. Whether it be one-of-a-kind jewellery, engagements rings and restyles (turning older /out dated jewellery into new) Laura provides this and more in her intimate and professional, custom jewellery design studio on Locke St. in Hamilton. In 1999 Rafael created Millenium Jewellers. He has created pieces for other jewellers in the Hamilton area as well as doing shows across Canada and United States. Today, with 26 years of experience in the Jewellery industry, Rafael continues with his passion for designing and creating custom pieces. He is of the belief that handcrafted jewellery is a work of art. Whether he is creating a design or redesigning a piece of jewellery, Rafael's main objective is the satisfaction of his customers keeping in mind the sentimental value of each item. All his work is done in Canada, using Canadian materials and following Canadian standards of regulation. Rafael found his passion at a very early age and had found his passion and his first apprenticeship has provided him with the foundation and broad knowledge of creating jewellery that he has today!
