Although I didnt end up needing a service call, they were very helpful and accommodating to answer my questions by phone. They diagnosed my issue over the phone and recommended I try a few things first, in which one of those suggestions worked. I started my locksmith apprenticeship in 1988. I worked at Fraser Lock and Safe Inc. In Cambridge for 16 years and performed a wide variety of locksmith tasks.
