My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I discovered that my Samsung Dryer wasn’t heating up anymore this morning and after some trouble shooting I decided to search for a repair technician who could come in on the same day. Luckily i stumbled upon this gem of a company. Rahman was quick to the point about the potential cause of the problem over the phone and came over later this afternoon. Turned out it was a faulty thermometer. The repair was quick and the price quoted was very reasonable. Would recommend this company any day!
