We are very thankful to Josh who promptly called us back when we left a message with Chilliwack appliance to repair our dishwasher. He was honest about the cost to come out to Hope for a repair job. We took a picture of the problem and sent it to him - while on the phone, he walked us through a possible solution and the leak stopped. We live in Hope. We phoned many appliance repair shops they could not be bothered. When i phoned Priority he said his technician was injured,but would phone me in couple couple of days.He did so to my surprise.The tehnician that came out was very professional and courteous diagnosed the problem,needed a motherboard had to come back as the board had to be ordered. The fridge was repaired at a reasonable cost (thought i had to get a new fridge). Would recommend this company to anybody. First rate.
