Returning Writing & Returning Reading StudentsBefore You RegisterLearners need a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) between 5-8 in all skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) or equivalent, AND a referral from WELARC to participate in EESE courses. If you do not have a referral to EESE, please phone WELARC at (204) 943-5387 to book an appointment. WELARC (Winnipeg English Language Assessment and Referral Centre) is located at 275 Portage Avenue on the 4th floor. Registration must be in person at EESE. Please bring your Permanent Resident Card when you register. If you are accepted into a course you will receive a letter of acceptance by email. You must receive a letter of acceptance for each course that you register for. You need to reply to the email stating either 'I accept.' or 'Please cancel'. If you do not respond within 5 days, your registration may be cancelled. If you do not have an email address, please inform our staff when you register. We will call you to confirm your acceptance.Registration for the September 2 - November 7, 2014 session will begin on Monday, July 28, 2014 for all students
