Recently, it came time to refurbish two specially-shaped treasured 60-year-old chesterfields. Within 24 hours of our first telephone conversation, a very positive and enthusiastic Berkley Peazer was at my front door bringing with him a broad selection of fabric sample books in a good range of prices.
He carefully listened to what I wanted and then with pride talked about the training, experience and expertise that he and his staff could offer and utilize to meet my requirements.
He left the fabric books with me for a couple of hours while he went to visit another customer and by the time he returned I had selected a beautiful paisley pattern suitable in both colour and price range.
He examined and sized up the furniture pieces and within a very short time, produced a reasonable quotation as well as a timetable for completion of the work.
A patterned material is far more difficult to work with and the paisley design that I chose was a real challenge for placement of the pattern as well as matching, cutting and seaming.
He delivered what he promised and I am well pleased.
