Sarah Brideau was born in the Acadian Peninsula, in North-Eastern New-Brunswick, in 1983. In 2001, she publishes her first poems in Éloizes (no. 30). In 2002, she graduates from Moncton High School. That same year,Romanichelle, her first collection of poems is published at Les Éditions Perce-Neige.
