We have bought your smoked cod a few times and love it! We just tried the vacuum packed salt cod and made fish cakes but not sure if I prepared it properly. I was told it didn’t need to be soaked but found it a tad salty, so I was wondering if it good be soaked. Thank you! It was very delicious just the same. ?
