Alder Park far exceeds what one would expect from an apartment rental. The building is lovely, well maintained and the property manager is approachable and kind. Any issues I’ve had have been dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The other tenants are quiet and generally respectful of others. Many of my visitors have commented on the attractiveness and cleanliness of the building and I agree!

You will be involved and informed throughout each stage of the building process, and kept up to date through a custom web based program, Builder Trend, outlining the details, schedule and photographs of each building stage of your home.
