Core Habits is about educating instead of just telling. The main difference between my approach and ordinary coaching is that my clients learn how to eat and live a healthy life. The goal of Core Habits is to educate in a clear and understandable manner so that clients will be prepared and equipped to continue their healthy life journey on their own.
Through one-on-one Coaching Sessions clients loose weight and build core habits by using the tools provided as well as newly acquired skills.
