When I first stepped into the salon I was welcomed by staff and then sat down and waited. As I waited I was listening to the lady's talk and they made me laugh so much. Once it was my turn my stylist asked me a couple of things to get a good idea of what I wanted and all through the whole thing she was asking do I like this or is this a good length.
