Yoga has been part of my life since I was a teenager. That translates into almost 30 years of experience. Teaching yoga has been an important part of my life for the last 10 years. After having lived abroad for half my life, moving back to Cobourg became an easy transition through my yoga world, prior to that I felt out of place. I have studied and practiced yoga in many countries around the world, including UAE, India, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica, Peru, Thailand, Australia, Turkey & of course Canada. From each teacher I have picked up little points along the way and developed my own teaching style. I find this the most beautiful aspect of instructing and taking classes. The uniqueness of each person makes every yoga experience meaningful. The yoga world has so much to offer practitioners but also instructors; it is a never ending process of experience and education.
