I've been participating in group training with Mark at Core Focus for over a year and have lost 45 pounds so far and gained multiple positive health and fitness results. I was set up for a full cut & foils with Shanda, and may I just say she was fantastic. My color was done at the beginning on May, and has lasted so beautifully. I have recommended the spa services to a few family members, and they too have enjoyed their time here.
