We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... He spent hours going through the the entire structure, worming through every crawl space and panel. At completion of the inspection he provided us with detailed written explanations precisely indicating every item he deemed was or might be a problem.
I highly recommend Turner Inspections to anyone who is considering purchasing a house. His work is professional, thorough, and (in my opinion) will likely pay for itself just in the peace of mind you will have about your new home after he finishes.
