I went as in as an emergency patient, warm welcome and I was able to be fitted in between other patients. Straight forward paperwork. After a week of antibiotics, I had needed extraction done with as much care as could be offered, I was put at ease. I was told to contact if I had any issues or questions, Dr Linda contacted me the day afterwards to follow up with me. I would recommend.

I have used this clinic and its doctors and medical staff for over 35 years with minimal complaints. The Nurses are friendly and ++ professional, + knowledgeable on medical issues. The doctors have been excellent and if they are unsure of a dx they are willing to either consult with specialists or send one off to them.
I have had a total of 5 different doctors from the clinic over the years due to change over of staff or the said doctor leaving the clinic due to retirement.

Kootenay Life Detal is happy to have Dr. Sarah Howe join our practice in 2015. Dr. Howe was born and raised in Cranbrook, BC. She studied biology and received a bachelors of science at the University of Saskatchewan before attending dental school there. After graduating, Dr. Howe was given one of only two spots in the general practice residency program at The Royal University Hospital; where she worked alongside many specialists and medical physicians.
Dr. Howe moved back to Cranbrook in 2015 with her husband Dan. They have a three year old son and one year old boy/girl twins. When she isn't working she enjoys spending time with her family outside hiking and going to the lake!
