Sadhnaway Healing and Meditation Centre was founded in year 2009. Since its inception, Sadhnaway has been involved in various activities that include Reiki teaching, healing, meditation sessions, publication of spiritual literature and charity works. ince 2007, Alison has been a mediator who conducts private and mandatory mediations in Ontario. She believes that her role is to facilitate discussion and assist parties in exploring settlement options. Her style is generally facilitative and interests-based rather than evaluative.Alison mediates insurance disputes and other commercial matters. Her experience as a litigation lawyer was varied including disability and life insurance, commercial litigation including partnership disputes, mortgage enforcement, employment and equipment leasing matters and professional liability matters.Alison's law career included private practice in a large Toronto law firm as well as a small Waterloo firm. Thereafter, she practised as in house counsel litigating life and disability matters with Clarica Life Insurance Company (later amalgamated with Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada).
